CONSTRUCTION BEAMS

LAMINATED RECTANGULAR LOGS

  • For our glued timber we use Northern coniferous species (whitewood and redwood) from northern regions. Short northern summer makes these types of wood strong, dense, and moisture-resistant with small tight knots. These qualities are valued in wooden architecture.
  • Only legally harvested, high-quality, and ecologically pure wood is used for our glued timber beams. The whole production chain of wood delivery “from supplier to user” is FSC certified «Forest Stewardship Council»®. FSC (code NC-COC-014254, NC-CW-014254, license code FSC-C003513)
  • Our equipment allows manufacturing engineered beams up to 40 ft long.
  • Production technologies comply with European certificates BM TRADA EN 14080:2013 № 0672-CPR-0633, MPA Stuttgart – Otto-Graf-Institut (FMPA) EN 14081:2005+А1:2011 № 1224-CPD-0258 and strength standards GL24h, GL28h.
  • The lamella segments obtained after sorting and optimization are glued with water-resistant melamine glue. The glue has hygiene certificates and frost-resistance test certificates.
  • After joining into 39/44 foot beams the lamella segments are pressed together into semi-finished beams of appropriate diameter.
  • Today we provide glued timber of 40 cross-section sizes.
  • The products are present in markets of the USA, Canada, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Hungary, and Poland.
  • The annual production volume of glued timber exceeds 2 000 000 cubic feet.
