The architectural feature of the building is the roof of an unusual shape with bevelled windows along the upper edge. The simple and convenient layout provides all the premises necessary for everyday life. The house has two entrances, one of which leads through an open angular terrace directly to the kitchen-dining room, living room and bedroom.
The second entrance is organized from the other side of the house and is equipped with a large vestibule hall. On the second floor, there are spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a closet.
