SOLID WOOD APARTMENT HOUSE #1

The project was developed for construction in climatic zones with design parameters of the outdoor air temperature in the winter period below minus 30 C. At the same time, buildings of this type can also be used in zones with high seismicity. The building is prefabricated. The structural scheme of the building is connected, formed by walls and floor discs from CLT panels. The number of storeys of a building depends on external and regulatory restrictions, in this version it can be from 2 to 4 floors. One of the most important advantages of CLT panels is environmental friendliness. They are widely used in green buildings as a safe and clean material that allows for a positive CO2 balance, taking into account the production, construction and operation of the building. Unlike traditional concrete and steel construction, CLT houses create a healthier microclimate due to good heat exchange, the natural balance of moisture and vapour permeability.
